Interesting to watch Canada's Olympic athletes decked out in beautiful Cowichan sweaters during the closing ceremonies. It was a big deal for us kids back in the 50s to own such a sweater. I wish I still had mine. Here is it proudly worn as I sit on the hood of another treasure - my brother's 1953 Chevy. A four door beauty.

Interesting to watch Canada's Olympic athletes decked out in beautiful Cowichan sweaters during the closing ceremonies. It was a big deal for us kids back in the 50s to own such a sweater.
